Return Eligibility

  1. On-Delivery Returns

    • Customers have the right to inspect their order at the time of delivery.
    • If the product is not up to quality standards, it can be immediately returned to the delivery personnel.
    • Once the product is accepted, it will be considered final sale unless there is a quality issue discovered within the allowed return period.
  2. Post-Delivery Returns (Within 1 Day)

    • If a quality issue is identified after delivery, customers may request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Returns are only accepted for products that are spoiled, damaged, or not as described.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
  • In some cases, photo evidence may be required to process the return.
  • Our team will assess your request and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Refund & Replacement

  • Approved returns will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement, based on customer preference.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

  • Products that have been partially consumed, misused, or stored improperly are not eligible for return.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Special promotional or clearance items may be non-refundable, unless defective.
