On-Delivery Returns
- Customers have the right to inspect their order at the time of delivery.
- If the product is not up to quality standards, it can be immediately returned to the delivery personnel.
- Once the product is accepted, it will be considered final sale unless there is a quality issue discovered within the allowed return period.

Post-Delivery Returns (Within 1 Day)
- If a quality issue is identified after delivery, customers may request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Returns are only accepted for products that are spoiled, damaged, or not as described.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
- In some cases, photo evidence may be required to process the return.
- Our team will assess your request and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
Refund & Replacement
- Approved returns will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement, based on customer preference.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions
- Products that have been partially consumed, misused, or stored improperly are not eligible for return.
